Getting started with Pumice.ai API

Once you sign up you'll recieve a few things from our team:

  • Access to our Support Slack. Our team can answer questions, update configuration files, and even do runs for you. We are here to make sure you can use the tools how you need.
  • API key. If you're using the APIs you'll need this key.
  • Login info.

Interacting With Pumice.ai

There are two main ways you can interact with the Pumice.ai endpoints:

  1. File upload and download via the dashboard

  2. Direct API connection with JSON formatted inputs and outputs

While the product data inputs required for each endpoint don't change between API & dashboard operations, there are a few extra parameters required when directly interacting with endpoints.

Do not share your API key with anyone that you do not want using credits on your behalf.
